Free Guitar Lessons at the Largest Christian Homeschool Convention, CHEA

Long Beach, CA (PRWEB) July 11, 2007 -- According to Jean Welles, "anyone can learn to play the guitar." To prove it, she is offering free guitar lessons at CHEA. The CHEA convention opens this week at the Long Beach Convention Center, Thursday, July 12th, through Saturday. Welles is one of 128 exhibitors at the show.
"It was rewarding to see how surprised people were to learn to play a song so quickly," says Welles, who has helped over 100,000 people learn to play the guitar through private lessons and her worship guitar instructional series. "Last year, at the CHEA convention, I helped not only brand new players, but people who had specific technical problems with playing the guitar.
The thousands attending the show will be looking for just the right teaching materials to use for homeschooling their children. Music is an important skill and many can try it out with a free lesson at the show.
Jean has a Masters Degree in Guitar Performance from USC and she participated in dozens of Master's classes. She has taught and coached guitar students for over 30 years and is a worship leader in the greater Los Angeles area. In 2001 she produced the first Worship Guitar Class Video.
